Personal data
Data controller: Laroche Motion (Victor Laroche), publisher of this website.
Information sent through the partnership contact form (name, company, email, phone, message) is used solely to reply to your request and is passed on to Noah Jacquet for that sole purpose. Information sent through the newsletter sign-up form (email, first name) is used solely to send Noah Jacquet's news. Information sent with a press area access request (name, media outlet, email, profile) is used solely to manage that access and press relations. It is never sold or passed on to third parties.
Technical providers with access to this data: the website host and the newsletter sending service, strictly within the scope of their service.
Newsletter (race reports): it is sent to people who signed up on the website, with their consent, and to the association's members and the team's partners, to keep them informed about the activity they support (legitimate interest). Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and no open-tracking pixel is used.
Analytics: if you accept it, visit statistics are processed by Google Analytics (see Cookies below).
Membership: memberships of the Teams Dauphidrome Pacman association (Team Pacman Motorsport) are handled on HelloAsso. Data entered when joining is processed by the association, to manage its members, and by HelloAsso, for payment, under their own privacy policies.
Retention period: 3 years from the last contact for partnership requests; until you unsubscribe for the newsletter (every email includes an unsubscribe link); 3 years after the last visit for the press area.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, write to victor@larochemotion.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL, cnil.fr).
Cookies and analytics
Only with your consent, this website uses Google Analytics, an audience-measurement service provided by Google Ireland Limited, to produce visit statistics (pages viewed, visit duration, referrer, device type, country) and improve the website. Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*) are only set after you click "Accept all". They are kept for 13 months at most, and statistics for 14 months at most. No data is used for advertising.
Google may process this data in the United States. This transfer is covered by the EU and US Data Privacy Framework, under which Google is certified.
Your choice (accept or decline) is remembered for 6 months in a technical cookie (nj_consent). You can change it at any time with the "Manage cookies" link at the bottom of every page. Declining does not prevent you from using the website.
Fonts are hosted on the website itself. Videos open on Instagram, outside the website. If a YouTube video is embedded, it is only loaded (privacy-enhanced mode) when you click play. The press area uses a technical cookie (nj_presse, 1 year) that remembers approved access: it is essential to the service and does not require consent.
